全球变化生态学课题组

全球变化生态学课题组是一支团结向上、富有创新精神的高水平科研队伍,现有教授2名,副教授1名,在读研究生19名,并与中科院植物所、青藏高原所、生态环境研究中心、林科院、资源与环境学院等开展深入的交流合作,共同承担多项课题和科研任务。

课题组致力于探究全球变化下的碳、氮循环过程,生态系统的微生物格局及其形成机制,以及植物对环境胁迫的适应机制等。近几年来,先后承担中科院战略先导专项课题、国家自然科学基金、国家科技支撑课题、中科院知识创新工程重要方向项目、中科院西部之光联合学者项目等研究项目,在PNAS、Global Change Biology、Soil Biology and Biochemistry等国内外有影响的期刊上发表论文100余篇。

课题组非常重视国际学术交流,与德国马普学会、澳大利亚格里菲斯大学、新西兰皇家农业科学院等国外知名高校及科研机构有着扎实的学术交流与合作。除多次邀请国外优秀学者来本课题组进行报告交流外,并先后组织老师、学生多人次出国留学、进修、短期交流、参加国际学术会议等。

研究方向:

1. 草原生态系统的微生物分布格局及其驱动机制。

2. 人类活动干扰下半干旱区典型生态系统碳氮水循环和土-草-畜系统气体交换过程及其调控。

3. 全球气候变化条件下水分有效性对陆地生态系统碳氮循环的影响及其响应机制。

4. 利用生态学模型模拟、预测全球变化背景下生态学过程。

课题组负责人:

王艳芬,女,山东省安丘市人。中国科学院大学教授,博士生导师,中科院草业中心首席科学家,中国生态学会常务理事,中国自然资源学会理事。

在中国科学院植物研究所获得生态学博士学位,历任中国科学院内蒙古草原生态系统定位研究站副站长、中国科学院研究生院生物系常务副主任、资源与环境学院常务副院长、研究生院院长助理、研究生院副院长,现任中国科学院大学副校长。

长期从事生物地球化学、全球变化与草地生态系统等领域的科研与教学工作。主持国家自然科学基金项目、中科院战略先导专项课题、中科院知识创新工程重要方向项目、国家科技支撑课题等项目,目前已发表论文60余篇(SCI论文30余篇),出版专著1部。现担任国际山地中心(ICIMOD)独立理事、国际刊物《Journal of Soils and Sediments》的编委、《植物生态学报》的责任编委、《生态学报》和《环境微生物学报》的编委。曾获得宝钢优秀教师奖。
