课题组简介:
本课题组主要从事微流控技术在生物与药物分析中的应用研究。已经取得的主要研究成果:分离后可调节酸碱度的微流控芯片电泳分离和电化学检测多种氨基糖苷类抗生素;纸基固相微萃取技术和的毛细管电泳激光诱导荧光检测尿样中8-羟基脱氧脲苷;可拉伸微流控芯片模拟人体血管细胞机械拉伸环境构建动脉粥样硬化模型等。目前开展的研究内容:流体环境下血管细胞之间的相互作用;不同氧气分数条件下机械拉伸对肺泡细胞的影响;抗动脉粥样硬化疾病的药物筛选。

丁永胜,中国科学院大学教授,博士生导师,从事药物分析、微流控芯片技术、力生物学等领域的教学与科研,主持和完成国家自然科学基金面上项目4项。
